Our mission is to empower women caregivers to thrive while managing their personal and professional responsibilities.
Welcome To Caregiver Coaching
Welcome to LifeCare LeadHership's Caregiver Coaching Program, tailored exclusively for women caring for loved ones with dementia. Whether you're juggling caregiving responsibilities at home or balancing them with work commitments, our program provides the essential support you need to navigate these unique challenges.
Why Caregiver Coaching?
Caring for someone with dementia is both fulfilling and demanding. As women often shoulder the bulk of caregiving duties, they frequently experience stress, burnout, and difficulty maintaining balance in other aspects of their lives. Led by Dr. Anna Thomas—a certified life coach, and John Maxwell Certified leadership Coach, Speaker & Trainer—our coaching program offers non-medical guidance to help you thrive on your caregiving journey.
What We Offer
Our Caregiver Coaching Program delivers personalized support through individual and group sessions, including:
- One-on-One Coaching: Tailored to your unique needs and challenges, these sessions with Dr. Thomas provide strategies for managing stress, enhancing work-life balance, and finding fulfillment in your caregiving role.
- Small Group Workshops: Forge connections with fellow women caregivers in a nurturing, collaborative setting. Our workshops cover various topics such as preventing burnout, embracing imperfection, and fostering a positive mindset.
