If you would like to submit a testimonial to LifeCare LeadHership you agree that it becomes the exclusive property of LifeCare LeadHership, which for example includes the rights to reproduce, edit (for length but not general content), and/or publish the testimonial, which may include your name or initials and city/state/country of residence.

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final, non-refundable, and LifeCare LeadHership does not offer any money-back guarantees. User recognizes and agrees that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

 

Courses: The course fee is payable in full at the time of enrollment. Payment can be made using a credit card Via Stripe or PayPal. The course fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the LifeCare LeadHership cancels the course or in other exceptional circumstances, unless otherwise specified. All sales are final and LifeCare LeadHership does not offer any money-back guarantees, unless otherwise specified

 

Coaching: Coaching sessions are only refundable if refund is requested by email 48 hours prior to the first session in the package. Coaching sessions are not refundable after the first session. For Mastermind/Small Group coaching, If an entire group session is cancelled due to a scheduling issue from LifeCare Leadhership's end, and we are unable to reschedule you with the rest of the group, the individual cancelled session will be refunded to you at the applicable session rate.

 

Rescheduling: For individual coaching clients, rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. For group coaching clients, clients cannot reschedule their session if they miss their group’s weekly meeting time. If the entire group session is cancelled, we will try to give you as much notice as possible and will make rescheduling for the group as convenient as possible. In fairness to all attendees, no shows to the scheduled sessions are liable for the entire fee and are non refundable .

 

We reserve the right to cancel any of its products, courses, or coaching programs. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the offerings at any time, and will provide participants with notice of any changes or disruptions to the offered material.

 

All transactions are conducted in united states dollars (USD) and no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

By using the site, you agree that any dispute related to these terms or with LifeCare LeadHership will be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and you agree to submit to personal jurisdiction of Pennsylvania.
